Lessons I’ve Learned from Running a Digital Product Shop

4 Big Lessons I’ve Learned Selling Digital Products (AKA Templates)

I started this whole digital shop thing with zero expectations — and a lot of curiosity. Along the way, I’ve learned a few things:

  1. Start Before You’re “Ready.”
Perfectionism will keep you stuck. Your first product won’t be perfect, but it’ll teach you so much.

  2. Feedback is Gold.
I used to fear criticism, but now I love it. Every DM or review helps me improve and create better templates.

  3. Your Website Matters.
A simple, clean shop that’s easy to navigate = more sales. I switched platforms once and it made a huge difference.

  4. Digital Products are Powerful.
You can make something once and help hundreds (or thousands) of people with it. That never gets old.

Running a digital shop isn’t passive — but it is empowering. You get to build something scalable, helpful, and 100% yours.
